  • Sign in to Norton on your Web browser.
  • If you are not already signed in then you will be prompted to enter the email address and password to sign in.
  • Once you login to your Norton Account, go to the Norton Setup window.
  • In the Norton Setup Window, click Download Norton.
  • Then click on Agree & Download to start the automatic download process.
  • Click OK to save the Setup.zip file on your computer.
  • To extract the setup file, double-click on the downloaded file.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to successfully install it.
  • If the LiveUpdate asks for your permission to update the Software, click Update.
  • Once the LiveUpdate is finished and your Norton Software is completely installed, Restart the Mac computer.
  • Check whether the Error: “Scan Error” and “At Risk” on Norton for Mac still persists or not.
